George spent his initial years in litigation practice, subsequent to which he moved to in-house positions and worked in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, and Insurance businesses. Before moving to ATB Legal, George worked with a reputed Dubai-based law firm as a corporate lawyer.

George got qualified as a lawyer in India and was called to the Bar in the year 2002. He was also admitted as a Solicitor with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales in 2011.

Swathi has close to a decade of experience in the Banking and Legal Industry, having worked in lead positions at large MNC and law firms in Bangalore, India.

Pauls has more than 21 years of work experience to his credit, having worked in senior positions with Big Four audit and advisory firms and various industries in India and the Middle East.

Pauls is experienced in consulting and transaction advisory Services, advising clients on due diligence, valuation and structuring. His experience covers a range of industries comprising Retail, IT&ITES, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Automotive, Telecom and Healthcare.

Pauls is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Laws from India and has completed Executive Program in Management from an Ivy League university in the USA.

Benoy works at the intersection of business, law, and communication—connecting clients with tailored legal solutions that support growth, compliance, and cross-border operations. Reda Farahat Karawan is an Arabic Legal Consultant at ATB Legal, bringing over 15 years of legal practice, including a decade of experience in the UAE. He specialises in Arabic-language litigation, advising and representing both public and private sector clients across a wide range of matters. His work includes attending court hearings, preparing legal submissions, and assisting Emirati advocates in trial preparation for cases before the UAE Federal and local courts.

In addition to his litigation expertise, Reda has cross-industry experience in drafting standardised legal agreements, contracts, and corporate documents in Arabic, ensuring they meet both legal and commercial requirements. His fluency in Arabic legal terminology and procedures allows him to provide clients with precise, culturally attuned, and jurisdiction-specific legal solutions.

A graduate in law from Alexandria University, Egypt, Reda is also an accomplished public speaker. His combination of legal acumen, courtroom experience, and communication skills makes him a valued advisor for clients navigating the complexities of UAE’s Arabic-language legal environment.

Sudha has more than 15 years of experience in legal practice, with a strong focus on arbitration and commercial litigation. She currently specializes in managing complex disputes within the DIFC and ADGM legal frameworks, leveraging her in-depth knowledge of court procedures, arbitration rules, and cross-border enforcement mechanisms.

Prior to joining ATB Legal, Sudha was associated with prominent law firms and Designated Senior Counsels in Delhi and Chennai. Over the years, she has represented clients in a wide range of high-stakes commercial disputes before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and various District Courts in Delhi and Chennai, the Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals, State and District Consumer Forums, and Arbitral Tribunals.

Sudha holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Delhi University. She was admitted to the Bar in 2010 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. She is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. In addition, she holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Life Sciences.

Jose Joseph is a Senior Associate at ATB Legal, with over 11 years of legal experience and a strong focus on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. His core areas of practice include arbitration and commercial disputes, real estate matters, and employment-related disputes, particularly within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) jurisdictions. He also oversees UAE Mainland Court proceedings in coordination with licensed Emirati advocates.

Jose began his legal career in India, where he practised before the Kerala and Chennai High Courts, as well as various arbitral tribunals and subordinate courts. He was mentored by leading law firms and Designated Senior Counsels in South India, gaining valuable experience across arbitration, commercial litigation, tax, corporate advisory, and intellectual property law.

In addition to his litigation and arbitration work, Jose is passionate about trademark law. He regularly advises clients on trademark protection and enforcement strategies in the UAE, including brand registration, portfolio management, and rights protection.

Jose is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Management Development Institute of Singapore. He was admitted to the Bar in India in 2014.
