Governing law
These Terms are governed as follows. If your dealings are with our India office, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website. If your dealings are with our UAE offices, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and the ADGM Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
