Asha has about 20 years of legal practice to her credit, covering multiple jurisdictions of the UAE, India and Singapore. Asha is a DIFC Courts part II lawyer and an ADGM Courts registered practitioner with full rights of audience and is a qualified Arbitrator.

Asha represents clients before the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts and before various arbitral institutions such as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She is also a UAE Ministry of Economy registered Trademarks and Patents Agent, and represents clients before the Trademarks and Patents registries and appeal committees.

Asha got qualified as a lawyer in India and was called to the Bar in the year 2004. She has subsequently completed Masters in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K.

George is a corporate lawyer with about 20 years of experience, covering both the Common Law and Civil Law jurisdictions.

George spent his initial years in litigation practice, subsequent to which he moved to in-house positions and worked in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, and Insurance businesses. Before moving to ATB Legal, George worked with a reputed Dubai-based law firm as a corporate lawyer.

George got qualified as a lawyer in India and was called to the Bar in the year 2002. He was also admitted as a Solicitor with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales in 2011.

Additionally, George holds an LLM in Commercial Law from India and a Masters in Business Administration from the UK.

Pauls has more than 21 years of work experience to his credit, having worked in senior positions with Big Four audit and advisory firms and various industries in India and the Middle East.

Pauls is experienced in consulting and transaction advisory Services, advising clients on due diligence, valuation and structuring. His experience covers a range of industries comprising Retail, IT&ITES, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Automotive, Telecom and Healthcare.

Pauls is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Laws from India and has completed Executive Program in Management from an Ivy League university in the USA.

Reda has more than 15 years of legal practice to his credit, and has been practicing law in the UAE for about 10 years, focusing on Arabic language litigations. He is a seasoned lawyer who has previously advised public sector and private sector entities. He regularly attends to cases in the UAE courts, assists Emirati attorneys with trial preparations, and drafts pleadings, motions and appellate documents. In addition, he also has cross-industry expertise in drafting standardised legal agreements and contracts.

Reda is a law graduate from Alexandria University, Egypt and is an acclaimed public speaker.

Sudha has about 14 years of experience in legal practice with a focus on arbitration and litigation. Prior to joining ATB Legal, Sudha worked with prominent law firms and designated senior counsels in Delhi and Chennai. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Chennai and Delhi, the Company Law Board of India and various arbitral tribunals involving high value arbitration matters.
Sudha completed her Bachelor Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University, and was enrolled as an advocate in 2010. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. She also holds an undergraduate degree in life sciences.

Jose Joseph has about 9 years of legal practice, representing clients in Kerala High Court, Chennai High Court and Arbitral and other Local Courts in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Jose was legally groomed with prominent law firms and highly respected Designated Senior Counsels in South India including those specialising in Arbitration, Tax, Intellectual Property and Corporate matters. Jose has a unique set of experience in litigation and alternate dispute resolution.

Jose graduated in law and was admitted as an advocate in India in the year 2014. Jose also holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Management Development Institute of Singapore.

Lakshmi Omanakuttan works in the Dispute resolution department of ATB. Lakshmi graduated in law in the year 2016 from Calicut university and was enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Kerala in 2017. Prior to joining ATB, Lakshmi worked with the office of a renowned designated senior advocate in Kerala, focusing on litigation.

Aparna T. Nambissan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law, having graduated in 2021 from Karnataka State Law University (KSLU). She gained practical experience through internships with prominent law firms in Bengaluru before enrolling with the Bar Council of Karnataka in 2022.

Aparna’s achievements include consecutive wins in the Business Plan Competition (2019-2020 and 2020-2021), an initiative by the Seattle University Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center at the Albers School of Business in collaboration with St. Joseph’s Institute of Management.
