Joel John Roy

Joel John Roy is a Junior Associate at ATB Legal and is part of the firm's Corporate Practice. He assists clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder-related issues. His work also extends to advising on corporate, commercial and financial disputes within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) legal frameworks.

Joel has a keen interest in corporate and commercial law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and insolvency and bankruptcy. He assists the firm's corporate team on a range of advisory and transactional matters.

Prior to joining ATB Legal, Joel interned with several law firms and corporate organizations in India, gaining exposure to corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and is enrolled with the High Court of Kerala.
