Certificate of Incorporation

A Certificate of Incorporation is an official document issued by the relevant UAE authority confirming the legal formation of a company. For mainland companies, this certificate is issued by the Department of Economic Development (DED), while for free zone companies, it is granted by the respective free zone authority. It contains key details such as the company name, registration number, legal structure, and date of incorporation. This document is essential for opening corporate bank accounts, applying for visas, and entering into business contracts in the UAE.
